On Wednesday, the Club meeting was attended by 16 Rotarians for a 67% attendance. Tony Scanlon kept his winning streak alive with more 50/50 winnings,along with Kay Gillen taking the big pot. Double digit Happy Bucks again at $22. 
 
Much of the meeting today was a round of updates from several Board members and committees.
 
 
GENERAL BUSINESS:
SECRETARY REPORT: Consistent communication via ClubRunner appears to be successful in keeping members and other bulletins subscribers informed.
 
TREASURER REPORT: Approximately $8,000 is in the Operating Account.The major bills are caught up.  Work continues on QuickBooks to setup BOTH online options and pay as you go options for dues, and reduce the delinquent accounts.  If you have not received an invoice via email in recent months, please contact Mark Trevithick so accounts can be reconciled.
 
NEW GENERATIONS COMMITTEE:  The SantaRun was a success and had increased registrants from the prior years. 
 
SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE: Working toward a sustainable plan for the clubs financial commitments. Also, scholarship applications will start being distributed in January.
 
INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE:  There are still calendars available. Over $2200 has been raised.  Get your 2019 Calendars now!! Without one of these calendars, you may not be aware when the new year starts.
 
2019-2020 BOARD ELECTIONS: The Board elections were by acclimation as no positions were contested.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Dec 13, 2018: Holiday Party. It will start at 5:30 at Tocayo. Currently over 35 are expected to be attending.
Dec 26, 2018 Club Meeting will be CANCELLED so that everyone can celebrate the holidays with family and friends.
Jan 2, 2018: Club Meeting at 7:00am, Tocayo Mexican Grill
